Notes:
1.Dual 5K (5120*2880@60Hz) Requirements: Connect two left or two right DisplayPort to provide up to 5120x2880@60Hz resolution for a single display. The monitor needs to have 2 DP input ports and support 5120*2880@60Hz resolution and refresh rate. Windows 10 system is required.
2.This dock is for Thunderbolt 3 laptops with up to 10Gbps data transfer rate, not up to 40Gbps.
3.Extended or mirrored mode can only be connected to a computer via the USB-C (host) port.
4.With 100W of USB power available on PD 3.0, you can power your laptop and larger devices through your dock. Make sure your laptop is USB PD charging compliant and supports 100W charging power.
5.Make sure your laptop's DC charging power is no higher than 100W.
6.You can only use one port, "DP++" or "HD" in each video streaming group. Simultaneous charging of two laptops is not supported. When the USB-C (host) port and DC out port are connected at the same time, Type-C PD normally prioritizes charging and the DC out port is automatically disconnected.
7.The dock is self-powered and needs to be connected to a power adapter to work properly.
