- Recommended traction time: 15-30 minutes, once or twice a day.
- Deflate slowly after use.
- Precautions:
- Relax neck during treatment and increase air pressure gradually.
- Inflation should be done step by step to avoid dizziness.
- Perform a 30-minute small traction before vigorous traction.
- Avoid contact with hard objects.
- Clean surface with a soft brush and water after inflating.
- Keep away from high temperature and heat.
